This is the first section of our draft video, the poor quality and extremely short length are due to weather conditions, unavailable characters, the schools technology, our lack of panning and lack of space on my area.
Our next draft and final video will be alot different to this, however hopefully you can get the general idea of where it will be located the style of filming we would like to use and effects.
We were unable to use Abbies Mac to edit and cut all footage as there were difficulties with the schools camera we used and its compatibility with the laptop. We then struggled with finding enough space on both mine and Abbies ares resulting in the video not rendering properly. However, now we have had a practise as overcoming these issues we will be able to complete a finished, much better quality video which contains all characters, the correct weather conditions and all footage.
I think that your location is really good because it suits the song choice. I also like the effect when the camera goes up to Pat shaking - it really matches with the speed of the song. It is difficult to comment but I think the types of shots that you have used so far suit the song well and the beginning sequence of shots matches the beat. I will comment on a progressed video later but think that your idea is really good. :)
